Can there be any doubt now as to why people dislike POTL?

COYS is a board notorious for banning people who might accidently sneeze on their laptop, and yet the messiah over there can act like a **** to whomever and whenever he wants.

Im just pleased that I saw enough as an ITK to know that he does know his stuff except it is a lot later than he would have you beleive.

And I know who he is now, the wee small man

I'd just like some clarification on him and AVB - do they get on? Do they loathe each other? Have heard conflicting reports.

A&C some one has probably raised this already but what about a seperate JJ thread where he can have people ask a few questions, Moderate it so the same question isn't repeated regularly and use a first post to continuously edit Q&A's?

Yep we thought that was a good solution but JJ wasn't keen

I think it's a certainty the door will open for Sturridge, not necessarily for us. I expect Willian is higher on the list for us but wouldn't be surprised if come deadline day we don't have Willian (or Isco) then there may be a late move for Sturridge. I'm not sure Chelsea would sell to us though.

really don't see the appeal with Sturridge , just another defoe for me, decent player but doesn't seem to play with his head up enough, certainly won't improve us imo.

I've said I want exciting players at Spurs. I don't rate him as an exciting player now.

But this is the point A&C. ITK's have the GOAT if they want to avoid questions. They also have the option of saying "I don't want to answer anymore questions". Discouraging intercourse (the best woody word) is against the ethos of this place.

It was clearly this attempt to try and dictate to certain ITK how and what they can do - effectively putting more limitations on them than an average member - that pissed them off.

We can have his discussion after the window closes but there's a big distinction between ITK info and their own opinions. We know this after talking to JJ for the last year. Suddenly the thread was getting full of Q&A type stuff that was a big mix of the two and it wasn't clear what was ITK or not and it was taking over the discussion thread with lots of complaints.

We had the same thing with Dan Ashcroft previously and look how that ended up.

We can probably handle it better than we did but making big changes mid-window is difficult.

If we don't get a replacement for Modric, I wouldn't mind having Mammadou Diarra as a short term replacement. Experienced and an exciting midfielder.

I wouldn't call him exciting. Even Lass Diarra is more exciting. Would of taken him a couple of years back but not now. He has only recently joined Fulham as well.

On Moutinho I still wonder why people think he is worth the money quoted. There are better options which are cheaper, and while I rate him he is not that good. We should only sign him if Villas-Boas is desperate for him. A lot of people seem to be believing the hype created by themselves.

I thought Sturridge wanted to be used more as a central striker rather than on the right of a forward 3. I didn't view it as a dislike of each other. Players always complain if they feel they are being used out of position. I am probably wrong, but I guess this is where the so called fantasy made up media dislike originated from.

Not sure why anyone would like or dislike an itk beyond the info they give, personally. And this window, with so little getting done, the best itk has come from us linking no one to the club!

How on earth is not Mahmmadou Diarra exciting? At Lyon he was one of the best midfielders in the world.

That was 6-10yrs ago.

Now he's lucky to earn another year at Fulham.

Good and exciting are different think.Makelele was one of the best players of his generation, but he never got my blood pumping.
