Well, we're hardly into this season and have had significant injuries to crucial members of our team. What are you going to come up with next, cos arguing with you is going to be a cake walk?
& last season hardly any injuries

Again. Last season was last season. This season is an entirely different season.

Good job a season isn't a few games long, eh? And good job we don't play Champions League teams (twice finalists) every week, eh? Good job you're not a Spurs fan.... oh.
We are in poor form and have 3 derbies coming up. How is it unreasonable to say unless we sort it out quickly we will struggle to get a point?

Why are you trying to get personal? We're sharing opinions here. If you can't be reasonable then perhaps you should go and do something else

What bothers me most is never changing our approach even when it's obvious it isn't working. Nkoudou on the left will always cut inside as will Son - why not switch one to the right and get some crosses in to surprise them? Wanyama didn't do much wrong but when chasing a game why not try playing 2 players in central midfield who like a forward pass, ie Eriksen and Winks? Both our second half changes were like for like.

You didn't say 'we are in poor form and have 3 derbies coming up'. If you had said that I would have agreed with you.

You say that, but it got us to three points off the top of the league and unbeaten in 10 games. I prefer those stats to the vague idea that we 'haven't been playing well'. If you don't play well 9 times in the premier league, you lose a few games.
So you don't think we're playing poorly? How about the stats that we've only scored one goal from open play in the last six games. If we continue to play how we're playing we won't be 3 points from the top for very long.

We have been shocking since the city game tonight wasnt really a shock for me to be honest.
I said last season Wembley wasnt a great idea and we would struggle there to much of a big deal for visitors.
But having said that tonight was a utter stinker for us and we were lucky not to conceed 4 or 5 i have no idea what walker was smoking before the game but he needs to change brands rather quickly as that was as bad as ive seen in years.
The rest were just meh.
Far to many passengers tonight passing like 8 yr olds to go with it the game this weekend is a horrific thought.

Umm Stoke away???
Who had lost every game and were in awful form although that was a decent performance thinking back. We scraped wins against Palace, Boro and Sunderland and drawn against WBA and Bournemouth (as well as the other draws that were poor performances albeit against better teams).

I'd love to be feeling more optimistic but the sort of performances we've given this season have, in the main, been poor.

One thing i did notice tonight especially second half as was behind lloris goal was the lack of movement when in possesion.
They were just statues no one offering anything cant believe how poor we have become since the city game.

Possibly. If those are his tactics, like if that was all he is about. But they aren't and he isn't......So i'm left very confused :D

Are you not taking to all this very well? :sneaky:

I'm trying to work out what we are trying to do building attacks because the players don't seem to be taking on instructions and doing the same things they were last season when we looked like a cohesive attacking unit. We look more like we did in his first season. Maybe it's not having his first XI out there but at the moment players like eriksen and Dembele are looking like pale imitations of themselves.

So we've been lucky in 9 games?
I disagree
I never said we'd been lucky. We've scraped some wins and draws with poor football (albeit I now accept the stoke game was ok). It's not luck. We've been hard to score against, but the football has been poor

It did seem clueless tonight.

Why did we spend 30m on Sissoko? 20m on Jansen and not buy one world class player?
