Two of those games were against seasoned CL performers - it's disappointing not to score against them, but not shameful (especially not the 0.0 away draw). Our young players are playing their first season in the CL, without the team's three most important performers.

One of the games was against (the champions) Leicester, in a fixture we lost last season. I'll take a point as progress.

One was against a Tony Pulis team away from home - a decent result, nothing more.

Bournemouth 0.0 at home was disappointing.

Liverpool in the cup - who cares? Them more than us.

That's one bad result in six, or two if you count today's home loss.

The fact is, there's nothing to panic about. If the fans panic, it'll shoot the club in the foot.

Sorry, this is ridiculous, you don't think it's a problem that we've scored one goal from open play in 6.

Two of those were against a team currently sitting 10th in the Bundesliga.

Leicester are a mid table side who had failed to collect a single point away from home before they played us.

WBA lost quite comfortably to Liverpool and Man City , two of our league rivals and I will be shocked if any other of the top 7 teams in the league picks up anything other than 3 points when going there.

Liverpool in the cup, we looked awful and should have lost by three or four.

Bournemouth was an away game, we put 5 or 6 past them in the corresponding fixture last year and they were walloped by united at home.

They have been mostly awful results but more worrying, our performances have been terrible and we don't even look like scoring goals. ONE GOAL FROM OPEN PLAY IN 9 HOURS OF FOOTBALL AGAINST MID TABLE OPPOSITION. Playing like this we will get spanked against Arsenal.

Excluding today's game, do you honestly think the last six performances justify PANIC? Oh,come on! ;)
We played badly today. It's especially frustrating because we're not a bad team - far from it.

I don't think we have played well since City, it's been a steady downhill spiral - after Sunday panic may well be truly upon us

I was thinking the same. With the honourable exception of Winks, our team looked pretty much devoid of actual football ability.

Sad but true. Eriksen is our most dangerous attacking player because he is the only one who recycles the ball quickly and in flashily - like his delicate touch that allowed Walker to burst through. Shouldn't have gone off even if not at his best. The others just did head down running or hopeful flick ons. Son particularly poor I thought.

The defence needs Alderweireld. The attack needs Kane. The midfield needs a fit Dembele. Those three and Lloris are our key players.

The midfield needs a fit and on form Dembele, when he's both he's a very very good player, sadly that doesn't happen often enough. So much so that I wouldn't be in the least bit bothered if he were moved on.

MoPo disagrees with that statement. He said that we were poor and he's disappointed. He is panicking now........
What!!!??? He didn't say he was panicking. He said we were poor, which I said too. (In fact, I said we were very poor). I didn't hear Poch say 'Sissoko is shit, the players are shit, our signings were shit, our tactics are shit, we're going to lose our next three games, etc, etc'. Some people have no sense of perspective.

I think we will need to sign a replacement. I fear that injuries are catching up with him and last season shows that he needs consistent football to build form.

Son is a weird player. Amazing for a month but in the last 3 games he's been about as bad as it's possible to be. Must be confidence I guess, a fragile character.

Yeah we need to think about planning without Dembele now. He's so injury prone he's actually disruptive. He can barely play one game without picking up a knock that keeps him out for a few weeks.

I'm not panicked, I'm concerned. Concerned that we've regressed.

I'm sorry, but those aren't good results. An away draw to Leverkusen maybe, but the rest aren't good enough. We had a great advantage to beat some "lesser" teams and make a statement. We could easily be sitting top of the table. If any of the other top teams got those results we'd be delighted. Not only were they bad results but they weren't good performances either.

Who cares about Spurs losing? I care about us going out in the only cup we've won in the last 25 years.

Against Leicester we had 64% possession and 22 shots - only 5 on target, and 8 corners to their 1. That's not a terrible performance, and nor was the performance away to Bayer. And as I said, drawing at West Brom and Bournemouth is not a terrible performance. If you count Wembley as an away game (which basically it is) we've played 5 away games out of six, and only lost one of them. It's not great, but it's not terrible. That's the point.

You are putting words which I never said, into my mouth.
When I say 'MoPo is panicking', it is my take of expressing his demeanour, his words show that he is uncomfortable with our performances. His oral and body language can be appropriately described as worry and 'PANIC'.

It's short sighted.

Like Levy is.

But hey. Maybe our NFL team will win the pennant or whatever those twats want.

Go Hulk Hogan!
And how exactly would you manage your wage structure, stick to FFP, keep other players happy, and build a new stadium?
