Knee-jerk much?
Hardly knee-jerk.

You don't really need to see much more to know they aren't ready for the first team AT THE MOMENT.

Think you've misconstrued my point.

That and a desperate clamouring from most of our fans to champion every youth product regardless of ability.

For what it's worth in my very humble opinion, Ball will never make it for us...

CCV looks a good prospect but out of his depth here (and the recent ITK is a tad worriyng)

How was that CCV's fault? He gives the pass, some prat (either Son or Trippier) lobs a perfect pass back over his head for the striker to run through....

And now 2-0, long night now you suspect. Juve pressing well and the inexperienced defence will find this a big test to play out, one they wont have had before. You have to query how wise this tour is, knowing how many senior players wouldn't be available.

We're gonna win 6-5 have faith.

PS It's pre-season..and we have our entire 1st team out + 5 odd better players on the bench..

Thing is, Dybala was one of the best strikers in europe last season. We can't expect anything other than this with Ball and CCV at the back. Pretty much football suicide.

At least it's only a friendly.

Think we might need to buy that fourth centre back. Neither of these boys are ready.

Its a bit unfair to play them both together and make a comment like that. Stick one of Verts, Toby or Wimmer in with either one of them and then see how they are.

Too early in our preparations to play a team of Juve's quality. Surely we would be better off playing the likes of Borhamwood until at least most the squad are back.

To be fair to them - the ball has just been coming back constantly, they needed some help from the experienced players so they could grow into the game. They've just been put under constant pressure from minute 1.

Frankly, who cares, but it'll be a good eye opener for a few of the youngsters that people have deemed first XI ready no doubt. It's just a kickabout in the park though.
