Is gkn dead? This would have been the perfect game to bring him in. Need a bit more pace and skill
Yep did you see Vardy tonight, pace, pace, pace.No striker with pace is a major problem for us. Kane is way way off form. Season relys on him. Still think we were very unlucky to lose though tonight
Agreed.
We play Sunderland at home. Sunderland are absolute shite. Horrific team. There is EVERY reason to rest Kane this weekend and give Janssen a start.
Kane should not be starting.
We saw that combination for a few minutes today, and I was not impressed (apart from what was down to Dembele alone, not to the CM pairing).Sissoko with Dembele in the middle.
.
Welcome to my world.
Agree, Dier has been so poor and verts also backing off all the time every tackle is a last ditch effort Wimmer partnered Toby better imo. Kane could do with being rested as much as I think Janssen could use a start.Kane needs to be rested on the weekend and dier too for wanyama, what exactly has dier done this season to warrant starting over wanyama?? Vertonghen out too for me, slows everything down and can't defend.
What we should have done.Well... we're just going to have to bulldoze this lot away.

Kane shouldnt start but I'm not sure Janssen should either tbh.[/QUOTE
Why not Janssen? Has he not shown enough in his sub appearance that he's worth a start over a horribly out of form Kane.
Mentioned it plenty of times. Search my posts for jannsen/vince etc. Can't be arsed to go into it again tbh mate
K mate, ta.Ha ha not that bothered to trail through post after post of yours on a subject Im confident of knowing the answer too

The biggest problem with Kane at the moment is not a lack of pace - he never had any. He seems to have lost that demon shot of his. When he first broke into the team he was shifting the ball then nine times out of ten sending a rasping bullet of a shot flying at the goal. These days he shifts the ball then scuffs it. It was exactly the same for England. How can a player with such a fearsome strike suddenly lose it overnight? Poor coaching?Yep did you see Vardy tonight, pace, pace, pace.
Despite defeat, it will have been a profitable evening for the north London club with the crowd being the highest home attendance for an English club.
