I feel in this particular game (Stoke), he should have been brought off for Defoe as opposed to Lennon.

This was one game where we needed as much pace as possible...

I can't understand this either. Wether you agree that he had a bad game or not, the title isn't fair on him. He's got enough credit in the bank (by a long way) to deserve a bit more respect that this.

How can he be labelled disinterested?! Fair enough if you want to say he under-performed (along with 90% of the team), but to say he was disinterested when he ran around more than anyone is simply wrong.

Was Lennon on the pitch first half? Apparently Defoe came on at half time but i've seen no evidence to back this up. Pick your targets more wisely.

Covered the most ground of anyone, and completed the second most amount of passes in the game and apparently being disinterested doesn't appear to be compatible to me.

The reason he wasn't as effective as usual was purely tactical, he had a different role to perform and it didn't quite come off.

James, you a numpty. Simple as that. Great players are not always having an influence on the game. It happens, get the fuck over it. You keep a player like Rafa on the pitch, because he is one of the only players on our team who can create a moment of genius, magic whatever you want to call it out of nothing.

He still covered alot of ground, he still made a lot of passes, it was just a tough game for him, like the majority of our team for 50/55 minutes.

To take off a game changer like Rafa, when you are looking for a goal or two, is plain crazy, imo. Thankfully Harry agrees with me.

I appreciate that after a frustrating defeat you might want to vent your anger, but instead of slagging off one of our most important players as if he'd never contributed anything to our impressive form this season, why not try one of the following:

Smashing medium-sized rocks
Listening to Chris de Burgh with the sound turned off
Experience a washing machine working from the inside
Becoming a religious education teacher
Jogging on thin ice
Vomiting over Sarah Jessica Parker
Lick your own elbow
