True that :lol:That'd be the same bloke that thought paying £35m for Andy Carroll was a good idea, we got off lightly.

He's definitely not the worst player in the last 20 years...he's not even the worst player at the club now...but I think Pav is starting to become the Spurs player I've disliked the most, certainly in recent memory.
I'm sorry but anyone who names Pav in this is delusional...
Yeah he's obviously not the worst player in the last 20 years. But I do think he's now the worst player in our first team squad.
Yea maybe, but only on form. I just think people have short memories. I remember the times when people were begging for Pav to start when Harry rarely picked him and we always looked a lot better when he was on the pitch. He's far from a poor player, but he really isn't playing well at the moment.

short memories. when he was scoring lots of important goals that lead us to 4th wasnt to many of this worst player ever talk:roll:
he is shocking at the moment without doubt, but folks are getting massively carried away as usual, last season it was JD gettin this treatment, year before..keane
JJ, every year
I was never one of those people and have never really rated him. I think he's been moving towards this sort of form for a while and in terms of talent I do think he's one of the weakest in our squad.
Bump.
Pav.
Horrific player.
Knee-jerk reaction post ahoy!
This thread isn't for the worse Spurs player in the present squad, it's for the last 20 years and we've had far far worse forwards than Pav, let alone all the other positions.
It's no knee jerky jerk jerk jerk my good chum.
I have always stated my belief that Pav was a panic buy. I have never sat here tounging his bumhole after a sweet finish because, like always his overall performances have mostly been poor.
Yes, he has scored some wonderful goals for us, some of which have saved us in vital games games and for that I will always be grateful.
However, for a professional footballer who trains day in day out, to have such poor level of control, strength and hunger is a disgrace.
I'm not saying he is the worst player we've ever had - but he's most certainly up there
no chance, im in my 20s and ive seen far far worse, how old are you if you dont mind me askin?
pav has scored 38 goals in 99 apperances, note that probably half of those appearances are from the bench, or being subbed at half time. still not at allgreat but nowhere near the worst we have had.
I've seen some real shocking players in a spurs shirt, some truly dark times under Francias, Gross, Graham and hoddle
