Also one of the best strikers I've ever seen.

Just watched his PL100 club on SS1 and I forgot how good he was at his peak, some of his goals were unreal. Too much pace, power and finishing ability for most defences, made it look easy.

I love the last NLD they had Campbell and Jamie Redknapp as "Spurs" men. That was completely taking the piss. Two men who couldn't dislike us more if they tried.

Totally mate. What struck me was how sure he was going to offer such fantastic analysis. Now he might well do, but I'm not convinced.

Personally I don't think we;ll see anyone getting close to Neville. Just like some great players don't make great managers the same will apply to pundits.

No I don't think we'll see anyone better than Neville any time soon either. I do hope he'll be good, I genuinely enjoy watching the hours analysis from Neville, Carragher and that Sky guy on MNF before kick off so if they can add Henry to the discussions it could be interesting.

I still can't understand a bastard word Carragher says and he's been a pundit for year and half now, i've even watched it with subtitles and the little deaf aid woman in the corner shrugging her shoulders and mouthing "fucked if i know, probably something about hot stereos, locking wheel nuts and VIN plates"

To be fair, he did say "one" of the best, and not the best. You can't deny Henry was a fucking good player, even if he was part of the Scum.

Henry was amazing but Ronaldo (the proper one) was a high-level genius striker who was pretty much unplayable at his peak.

Campbell is, and I am not being bitter, the worst football pundit I have ever witnessed. He is just freaky and unsettles me.

I remember Ade did some punditry during the World Cup a few years back and he was bad too.
