Toby 5 was at fault for the richarlson goal

Hojbjerg 2 - dreadful 10 minutes from him that cost us the fa cup

Lamela 9 class act

Moura 7 least he tries

Son 6 ran his ass off good corners but not much else

Kane 5 if he ever takes a free kick for Spurs again im going to cry

Sissoko - not a right back not even marking him why bring him on?

Vinicus 4 - just a Brazilian Janssen but he does try bless him.

Lloris - 0 - floppy wrists, dived the wrong way for the rest, incredibly poor performance.
Doherty - 0 - offered nothing going forward, constantly let’s his man run in behind him.
Sanchez - 2 - gets two points for his two goals, defensively just isn’t good enough at this level.
Toby - 5 - feel for him, he was once surrounded by excellence and is now surrounded by incompetence.
Davies - 0 - can’t cross, slow, not a great defender, just meh.
PEH - 5 - got the runaround a bit tonight. Not his best game.
Ndom - 8 - silky skills and played very well. Please don’t be injured!
Bergwijn - 6 - industrious, hard working but needs to create more.
Lucas - 7 - good work from him tonight but I want him to offer more when it really matters.
Lamela - 9 - MOM great night, creative, hard working, shithousery, great performance.
Sonny - 8.5 - good night from Sonny, hard working again and had their right back in his pocket.

Kane - 8 - his usual self, got a goal but perhaps should have scored another.
Dele - 6 - looked very rusty.
Winks - 3 - what has happened. For a player that played so well against RM and Dortmund he is a shadow of that boy. Instantly gave the ball away and slow, slow, slow! Think his time with us is up.
Sissoko - 6 - hard working and actually did better than Doherty at RB.
Vinicius - 5 - didn’t really offer anything.

Sadly I agree. I have been a big fan of Winks and have defended him all this while, but tonight just showed how limited he is. Obviously glaring drop in quality in midfield when he came on.

Spot on. I had Lamela as MOM and people forget how good he is when he has a run of games. That's 3 Mom's in a row I think I've given him.

I'm not a Moura or Winks hater but they were very poor and God damn awful respectively.

I am a Sissoko hater and he was a bit awful.

Winks again... worst sub appearance ever. Didn't even keep up with Dele's jog. Were they having some kind of millennial 'can't be bovvered' competiition?

Oh and Davies. Some good, some bad but not good enough if we want to be successful.

That sounds bad but the point is that everyone else was very good. 3 individual errors and 2 bad decisions for the 5 goals we conceded.

An enjoyable watch. Take that over the Liverpool, Brighton and Chelsea games all day long.

Hojberg cost the game, there wouldn't have been extra time or Winks If not for him. Lloris being obvious main competitor for that title.

There was also a really poor headed clearance by Sanchez that led to their second goal.

Mourinho fails to learn, taking Ndombele off disturbs the flow of our game so much it should be banned.

I was happier we played football but it's very clear for us to all see, the quality is distinctively poor...far to many average players, we finished the game with an absolute no no Sissoko and Winks on the pitch at the same time.

Son and Lamela had great games.
We were undone by a soft pen, and individual errors from PEH and Winks.
As someone else mentioned you can see why counter-attack suits us more, because it hides away our weaknesses and let our star attackers shine.
Its disappointing that we can't win after scoring 4 goals but thats what football is about and I'm fine with that.

Individuals:

Lamela: looks full of confidence, needs to start.
Moura: involved in some of our good stuff so dont know where all the negativity comes about.
Son: great delivery and a constant threat throughout; deserves to be on the winning side.
PEH: mistake cost us, but it's a rare sight so I will take this.
Winks: similar mistake as PEH but doesn't have the credit to back it soit's harder to take; but it didn't lead to a goal directly.
Tanguy: needs to cut down on holding the ball too-long in dangerous areas (our own half). There's a time and place to take those risks; needs to make better decisions.

I realise the votes for Winks are ironic, but Son gets far too much praise for doing not that much, when he's good he's good, but he's not been that great in quite a few games, including this one
