When Lamela is on his game he is unplayable. He hardly wastes a pass and pops up as the extra man in and round the area, he's o hard to track.

He is easily the biggest positive to be taken from the last few games.

Lloris - 3 -far from a brave keeper tonight, should have saved at least one goal, poor form continues, worrying for a keeper
Doherty - 5 -far from our worst defender, but offered little going forward, a real problem position for us
Sanchez - 2 - gets two points for his two goals,but defensively he is a head case, nowhere near good enough for this level...bye bye asap
Toby - 5 - feel for him, starting to slow down and no help to be seen around him
Davies - 5-slowest player ever, looks to have loads of time to cross a ball and still gets blocked, infuriating
PEH -5 - probably he poorest night, unlucky for penno, but kept grafting, can be excused as very unlike him
Ndom - 8 -one of our better players
Bergwijn -4 - another winks, runs around with no end product, do not rate him at all
Lucas -3 - loses the ball to much, gives it away constantly and not enough goals
Lamela - 9 -Up there with Son for MOTM, not always the best quality, but kept plugging away, however probably seen on a treatment table near you soon
Sonny - 8.5 - another top class performance
Kane - 8 - steady as she goes, with his usual goal contribution, we wont realise what we had until its gone
Dele -4 - big opportunity tonight and showed nothing, not even a glimpse
Winks - 3 -an average player who was brutal tonight, nowhere near good enough
Sissoko -4 - back to Newcastle with you
Vinicius - 5 -the Brazilian Jansen

Actually a good performance despite the score. I actually went with Sanchez as I thought he did well, lamela was good too.

There is a reason why Dele and winks are not playing and we saw another example of that today.

Much better effort from the players, but individual mistakes cost us. Hoijberg (2), winks and lloris.

I thought Sanchez had a good game and I'm hardly someone who could be called a fan of his.

Deles style looks like he doesn't care but he did have good movement and a few nice passes. Much better than sissoko and winks. OK the bar isn't high but dele alli still has a big part to play

I thought Sanchez had a good game and I'm hardly someone who could be called a fan of his.

3-1 down, forgot where the ball was and nearly puts Richarlison clean through on goal only for Lloris to come rushing out to save him. He was also slow to react on one of Everton’s goals. It’s a shame as he did many good things in game including defensively but his mistakes stick out like a sore thumb.

PS I havent seen the post match interview, but does Jose highlight the 3/4 backheels lucas did that lost us the ball? This is not to attack Lucas i thought he did well in the 1st before tiring in the second... but more on Jose purposely picking on Dele.

Would be my only criticism of Mou today that Moura needed to come off earlier and we needed some fresh legs on.

That is deles style. He is actually an intelligent player. He makes very good off the ball runs. There were a couple of times he wasn't running back quicker to chase Everton players but he gets goals and apart from the obvious 2 we are finding this hard to come by

Really fun and enjoyable game, then Ndombele and Lamela went off and it all went wrong. Sissoko isn't the player you want to chase a game with and enough has been said about Winks.
