What the hell has Hojbjerg just done there?
Thats so poor. He's like Sissoko in front of goal, never fkin scoring. Zero confidence to go for goal. How a top flight footballer can have that mentality is beyond me. Not confident to shoot a header from 4 yds out? Why fuckin get up there in the first place if thats where you're at?

PERSPECTIVE.
That was a Champions League starting eleven we were playing against.
AT THEIR HOME GROUND.

And we drew because of a wicked deflection.

I’M HAPPY.
And they haven't lost at home all season, and only drawn 3. We did well, really well. I thought we would lose for sure but theyve done us proud. Hopefully scum drop points now

Have to win all our games now & hope Newcastle do us a favour ??
Just need to ensure Arsenal have pressure on them.

It could be a bad thing them giving Arteta a new contract. Strange timing as even though I'm sure they won't relax, it feels like he is being rewarded without them having achieved anything.

8 points and unbeaten against Liverpool and City and might not even finish top 4.

Kind of crazy really.

That point might make the difference come the end of the season.

Plus we’ve halted the bin mens title challenge, lovely.

They had a lot of the ball but I didn’t feel they’d score apart from a moment of luck and that’s what happened. I would have easily taken a draw pre match but it feels so disappointing not to win.

Great display, deserved more than a point. Not that Liverpool deserved to lose, but to play that well we should get two points ?

Yeah, thats what I mean.

If we can get players who are strong in those situations and don't shit it, we win that game.

He should have left it for Bergwijn, although I guess it depends whether he called or not.

Royal did great defensively but he’s still frustratingly poor offensively
You cant knock him today, was good defensively and brave going forward. If anything this performance highlights our limitations at cm. Neither offer much when they cross halfway and both were poor on the ball.

So proud of the team today, that was a solid performance. 4 points taken off Liverpool this season, and it's not a stretch to say they could have been 6.

Frustrating but their squad is miles ahead of ours currently. The difference was they had several genuine rotation options on the bench but we had a keeper, 3 kids and then players who are definitely a step down from first team quality. Conte can work miracles if we back him.

The commentary was sickeningly bias to scousers, hoddle was willing them to score. Our defending was "desperate", defending is about stopping attacks at all costs, it should at times be desperate- that's a positive to our mindset not a negative to beat us with.
some very encouraging performances from players we would not have had much expectation from

Draw doesn’t really help either team, bit disappointed to be honest

I disagree - mentally getting anything at all is huge for us going into the NLD. It's a massive confidence booster for us as Liverpool are so in form.

Arse need to win tomorrow or they are shitting themselves.
