Why? I personally wouldn't because I wouldn't waste my breath on the idiot but you have to accept he is hated and fans should be allowed to express their views.

If you take the side of dear Ade over fans who have gone to the ground and paid money to support the team then I think you are a bit lost quite frankly.

I have no particular love for the guy, bu the has come back from what has clearly been some sort of troubled time.
And then the fans boo him as he comes on which is as stupid, as you defending it. If you are not happy with his performance, then make that known if he does something poor. Besides I am pretty sure that Adebayor didnt pick himself, so if anything take your irrational ire out on Poch.

So funny reading other posts on other threads.

Coyboy is like a one man dislike machine if you mention you may have some trepidation in playing dear Ade.

I thought he was an older poster going by his avatar and tag line?

Has Soldado been turning it off or on?

It's laughable really - this turning it on or off.

Ade said it himself. The approximate quote was something like, "If I go through a drought, fans will say that I'm not trying. If I score, then all of a sudden the fans say, 'yeah, Adebayor is trying again'.

I believe that fans lack an understanding of the Kreb Cycle. Lol Chadli said in a recent Independent article that once we lose the ball Pochettino has us trying to recover the ball in three seconds before players fall back to their positions.

If we didn't have to worry about lactic acid build up and natural limitations, we could press long and hard for 10 or 20 seconds, a minute even, and Adebayor could run around like a chicken with its head cut off instead of choosing his moments for exertion, much the way almost every proper striker does on the planet.

That's a cheap shot

He's always troubled. Fucking ju ju indeed.

I like Poch. I like his hamster face. I don't like Ade. I want him to begone from my club. I have done from day one. I said he was a disruptive who would be nothing but trouble and I was proved correct. Hardly makes me Nostrodamus tbf but call it I did.

I'm glad some fans booed him. I understand their pain.

Worst signing ever.

If booing players who arent performing and act like twats is wrong, i dont want to be right.

Fucks sake, people. As fans, we have a right to express our displeasure with someones performance on and off the pitch. If the players cant handle it, send them to a shrink and tell them to fucking grow a pair

C'mon mate. I know you are not a fan - and I respect that - but surely you can't mean that.

I'll support him as long as he is still a Tottenham player but will not lose a second of sleep if he is moved on

I don't like ade for how he has been, but I am a tottenham supporter, and if he comes into the pitch then I want him to do well for the team. If he does fair enough and we might get a result, if not then he deserves the abuse. But to boo him before he is in the pitch is not helping him( and i know most don't care) but to me will hurt the team more in the game.

I genuinely do believe that. All the shit, baggage and general ****ishness he has extruded on my club towers over the 8 or 9 good games he has had for us.

And that's before you consider how much money he has drained from the club.

Lovely ball to Kane over the top, looked a little off the pace (understandable) but if we cant shift him this window then I'd sooner get him fit and have him available than grind Kane into the dirt.

Wrong. The fans have every right to boo someone if they are playing like shit, dont care, and cause trouble around the club. Every right to.

Save the punishment for supposedly causing issues for the club to deal with. Booing our own players affects the whole team, not just one individual.

And what about if in booing that 1 player (who could be the single shittest mother fucker in the whole world) you negatively affected the performance of the whole team.

would you still consider it to be your right as a paying fan?

I like to think of supporters offering just that.

Hell I do not like Ade in the slightest, not one bit.

Would I boo him? No. Not while he is under our banner.

Do you seriously think the other players just think "yeah take that Ade! I don't like you either" or "Shit I hope I don't do anything to piss of these awful fans, come on Madrid make an offer..."
