Come on TT, you're better than that. He's dropped a couple of bollocks, but no more than any other player, Dembele got caught trying to fucking Cruyff turn on his D for the millionth time again today. Generally bentaleb gets through more ball than most CM's in this league and only a couple give it away less.

That game was crying out for some Bentaleb and Mason, instead we got Dawdle and Dawdler.

Your obsession with Bentaleb is nauseating. Dembele, Alli and Dier are the superior players in nearly every aspect. Bentaleb is a fine squad player, he does however, and you can argue this all you want with cherry picked statistics, give the ball away too often. He doesn't assist, he doesn't carry the ball well, he doesn't score goals and he can't pick up a man to save his life.

Bullshit. They are analysing a performance and we crap today.
Weather we just found it too easy I don't know but villa are a league one side. Thought our passing, crossing, defending was very sub standard.
We should have been 4 up at half time. I'd be more worried if we created nothing, but we clearly did more than enough to win the game.

Result and clean sheet. I'll take that.

According to BBC sport Harry has scored 4 PL goals more than the entire Aston Villa squad in the last 21 games :ROFLMAO:

You know very little of our away support if you think they'd boo any Spurs player when we're two nil up away from home.
All you heard when he came off were boos though. Contrast that to when Alli or Eriksen came off and all you heard was either silence or song. Im not saying they did boo him. But im just saying he was getting showered with boos.

Like I said...I think it's the combination of two factors. Take away the assumed attitude problem and he'd likely be getting more looks than he has been.

There is definitely something up though. Not rocket science that there's some sort of issue behind his rare outings.

Ohh shit, you're hilarious man!

Villa are a premier league team, a championship team at worst if things stay as they stand. Unless of course, they are so bad they get relegated two divisions which I think would be a first. Some aspects of our play was clunky and a little lazy but to say our defending was "very sub standard" when we've kept a clean sheet away from home is off the chain mental.

But it shouldn't have been a clean sheet. They had 2 chances every single other Prem team would make. This villa team would not survive in the championship!

Wasn't our fans, no player has been booed off this season. Home or away

And Lamela was comfortably our best midfielder out there so unless all the Spurs fans had a sudden case of stroke I'd propose it was the villa fans

I'll take it took. Don't mind people saying the truth with that we were pretty poor today, and will have to improve if we want to win the next few games

3 points, job done.

Played the last 30 at walking pace and it was rolling the dice to do so because it was only 2-0. Thankfully though Villa are so bad they couldn't even score when we gifted them two open goals!

I'm sure we won't be as slack against other teams...

Anyway, as long as he plays the second string/kids on Thursday we should be a bit fresher for the run in.

Walker was superb - MOTM.

Eriksen was sub par.

Newcastle definitely wont lose tomorrow, I do think however that Leicester will get back to their winning ways at palace.
