This in my opinion is exactly what we need, a perfect squad rotation/sub player for the next 1-2 difficult seasons. Really hope this comes off, with either Barkley or Mahrez and we would have accomplished what every one wanted, improved the 1st team and squad.

It is a near certainty that this transfer is being driven by Poch and Poch alone. He has admired Llorente for a long time. Even played against him when Llorente broke through at Bilbao 12 years ago and watched him score goals against his Espanyol teams.
