I think he qualifies for England already mate.

Apparently not:

"Bailey was thought to have been eligible to represent England as he has two grandparents who have English passports.[15] However, he is not eligible to play for England as his grandparents were not born in England.[16]"

Could easily cost north of 100m.

Richarlison cost £50m because of his profile and experience in England. I doubt very much that a youngster with one full season under his belt at Bundesliga level would become the 2nd highest signing ever involving a Germany club at £100m. There could be a really good deal to be had here for someone willing to take the chance on him and his potential

Leverkusen aren't ever going to let him go for a bargain with his level of talent, and given the state of the batshit market we're in nowadays I don't think it's unlikely that they demand close to 100m tbh

Leverkusens highest ever transfer fee received was when we forked out for Son which was £22m-£25m if I recall that kind of figure. Throw £60m under their noses and see what they do. It's a huge sum of money for someone who might not have a great 2nd season who's value could decrease as quickly as it has risen. For a club like Leverkusen that kind of money sorts them out big time. I think he's closer to £60m than £100m personally, probably less than £60m with him being 20 years old still but that's just my opinion after watching him a bit last season

The Richarlison fee i bet has compensation tied into it...between Everton and Watford for the manager.

Roma in for Bailey according to Di Marzio. Be interested to see whether Leverkusen entertain it and at what price.

What's the price? Some were saying £100m on here the other day and I said not a chance. Would be interesting to know the starting bid

No shot Roma pay what Leverkusen would demand. They shop at around 30 mil tops.

DiMarzio is an attention seeking nutter. May sometimes be itk but very often spouts crap.

That i dont doubt, but as you say he is well informed on occasion and iirc he got wind of the whole Malcom situation early on. Still could be rubbish of course.
