Doubt Poch will fully rotate. He likes to play strong teams against PL competition and then he'll get praised to the high heavens for it. Even though it will be detrimental to our goals this season.

Bottom line is, i couldnt give a flying fuck about this competition and do not view it as a chance for a trophy. Its like a pre season cup during the season. Very much a small cup. If you want a domestic trophy, go for the league or even the FA Cup(which i also hope we dont go for. Go for the league)

I'm looking forward to see what the youngers do in this, Winks, Josh, GKN, CCV...see how far their level is, even if we lose it would be a really good test for them and good experience. I guess this is a match that will show Poch further evidence who is actually ready to play in the first team as well.

Poch is in a no-win situation now - unless, of course, he wins while playing youngsters. For a certain group of supporters, Cup games must be used to play academy products - to give those players their only chance to prove themselves. For a group of supporters, Cup games must be played at full strength to ensure our greatest chance of winning a trophy.

If Poch plays youth - he obviously does not care about winning, and therefore must hate the club. If Poch plays a full-strength squad, he obviously hates the academy, and therefore must hate the club.
