Agree with all that you say except on Romero. His attitude hasn’t been right for some time. Too many times he passes the ball back or across when under the press and just stands still or walks slowly and therefore is not an option for to receive the ball from the goal keeper or other defenders. When you see other teams who play out from the back they run around creating options. Plus he is always a yellow card away from a red during the first half. Yes he is better than the other defenders but not top draw for us this season.
I think he’s as fed us as the rest. When he first came back he was exceptional again but after watching the constant mistakes he just looks like he’s had enough. Would you bother giving everything if you watched your gk and every defender around uou mess up each game

We aren't a serious team. You could be down to 10 men for the second half and put in more fight before losing than we did.

Folding like a deck of cards within 8 second half minutes, then going on to lose is shameful and sums up the kind of weak losers we have in the team.

Citicised players and fans lack of "fire". He praised away fans, and alluded to home fans being entitled having had it so good for 5 years.
Wow, don't recall a manager calling out his own fans like that. Pretty bold of him. But he's correct about them. Just surprised that he actually said that.

Yeah he was not a happy camper, and he has a point. Regardless of what he said, its the fact he felt able to say it shows that there is no doubt whatsoever that he is numero uno at that club. Players won't piss about with him if they want to stay, because unlike at Spurs if you play up it'll be you out the door, not the manager.

Yeah, he would only do it knowing that he's in a position to. He won't be questioned from above.

I think we need to accept that this season is pretty much a write off unless some sort of miracle occurs (which could include several good signings this window) and Conte does what he managed to do last season. This summer is going to be huge for us.

Its groundhog day stuff. "This summer is huge" is a recurring theme every season right now.

It is yes but I feel that it's clear that we need to get the right quality player in the right positions - more clear now than I think it has ever been. We all know what we need, the manager knows as well - now it needs to happen.

Let’s not buy anyone in this window or the next - it’ll galvanise the current squad and give the club the opportunity to strategise the next 5 year plan

The first half performance was a good as many of our second half performances this season, and our second half performance was as bad as many a poor first half performance we have out in this season.

The only difference being that it happened the opposite way around to what we have been used to and to some extent, the quality of the oppsition.

So not much has changed as far as the majority of our defence is concerned, I.e. a complete incapability to put in a decent performance over the entire 90 minutes.

Ended up arguing and blocking someon yesterday on Twatter who was openly saying he wanted City to beat us to force the manager out. These people dont deserve to be called supporters.
If we woke City up last night and they continue onto a 20 league game winning streak then every cloud has a silver lining
