Why should it not be? Particularly when you're paying a player £90k a week and your head coach has him training with the kids.
Because a managers word should b final wether you,me or whoever likes it.. in another way of looking at it would you give a job to someone you didn't trust or you thought was going to try & get you sacked.. of course you wouldnt.. just look at Alex Ferguson he got rid of Stam & Van Nistleroy & it sent out q msg to rest of squad that I'm in control & it'either my way or the highway.. it's called authority & if a manager doesn't have it he's doomed

If we had not turned off for the 30 seconds after our second I reckon we would have done em 3 or 4 nil. We were totally in control at the point, it was a masterclass.

No we wasn't, we hit them on the counter attack and they were in control, they just did what we had done too many times this season and not created enough or used the ball wisely enough. Then in the second half they was all over us like a bad rash.

Did you watch the beginning of the second half? They looked like an AvB side trying to break down Hull.

We were keeping them at arms length, frustrating them (and the crowd) and were looking dangerous on the counter. It was text book.

We gave them a foothold. Without us losing our concentration for the moment we would have seen it out comfortably.

He's definitely good enough for the squad. I just don't think he should be our first choice on the right in front of Lamela.
No way should he be dropped for Lamela based on current form although Lamela def needs more game time to hopeful become a star for us I would like to see him played as a no 10 against arse especially if Ade is out

Agreed. Why would you drop a player playing well. Makes no sense.

Yeah I did and I thought we was sloppy with the ball and giving it away far too cheaply. They didn't do much at the very beginning, but they got more and more into it and start getting closer and closer.

I will watch it again, though :)

As it was such a great win :)

They were never all over us until after they made it 2-1.

We started off poorly, first 20 minutes were poor but the middle part of the game was more or less ours. I have no idea what game you were watching.

sloppy for their goal, should never have been so close, few things went our way, first time in 25 years and utd are still moaning about it. Moyes-can he sound nastier? Been taking lessons from red nose.

Moyes sort of has to go overboard with the complaining. It deflects away from him in the short term but when the dust settles he'll realise, bar the last 20 minutes in which they still failed to create that much despite the heavy onslaught, that we created by far the better chances in the game. Soldado's miss...and both Lennon's chances either side of half time. We should of had four goals today.

Fantastic result! COYS

Have just spent the last hour reading tweets about Harry Kane and his hoof into the crowd, proper comedy that was!

7 - Lloris: I thought He was rash at times but he does help out as well and made some good saves.
8 - Walker: This guy is on superb form and today he was very good
7 - Dawson: He was very good for me but him and chiriches made an error for the goal. He was solid however and that is all you can ask for.
7 - Chiriches: Didn't follow the runner but may have been looking to play welbeck offside whereas Dawson wasn't. Still he played well on the whole.
5 - Rose: I thought he struggled to deal with Valencia first and then Januzaj in the second half. However, I like him and think he will improve.
7 - Capoue: He was quiet throughout but Man Utd's central midfield was kept out of the game as well so He did his job.
7 - Dembele: He played a different role to the one against Stoke but he did well and made some crucial interceptions and he is pressing more now which is good to see.
8 - Lennon: He played his part and gave us a constant threat on the right and provided some good passes/ crosses as well.
8.5 - Eriksen (MOTM) He was my MOTM as he was superb for me today. Set up the first goal with a gorgeous cross and worked very hard with some good interceptions. His passing was excellent and his movement and intelligence is superb. He could be similar player for us to Modric. Eriksen could be some player.
7 - Soldado: He would have got an 8 if he finished his chance from Lennon's cross but I have been really impressed with his link up play. His ball in the first half to Lennon was exquisite and you could have imagined the pundits on MOTD had someone like Ozil or Januzaj played it.
8 - Adebayor: He is on fire with another goal and his allround play and physicality have been brilliant. If only he could do this throughout a season then he would be up there with Van Persie and Suarez imo.

6.5 - Bentaleb: He came on and look tidy and keep the ball nicely.
6 - Chadli: He did ok. I think Sherwood was right to bring him on and not Lamela as Chadli could provide better defensive cover for Rose.
6.5 - Kane: Some really good work to put the Man Utd defence under pressure and helped relieve some of it. His kick was good but My dad suggested he could have added time for this. He didn't and reading about it on here, he was fine to do it.

I have been impressed with Sherwood. I was a bit skeptical with the 4-4-2 he started with but Adebayor and Soldado are dropping back into Midfield, linking up and helping out so it is a 4-5-1 in defence. I like his interviews and he seems rather honest which I like. It is still early days but this was a very good performance.
