Sky would complain, because everyone would do it. They invest too much into the modern game for the PL to risk upsetting them.

Sky themselves could offer this service though. All of the matches are televised live anyway. It’s surprising they and the clubs still haven’t offered this service given the way the rest of tv has gone. I mean how many people now tune into whatever film is on TV compared to selecting a film to watch on Netflix or Amazon prime.

I think Sky will definitely push to be the ones who host that service. It would make sense to do that, then the PL don't have to worry about their own infrastructure. There'll just be conflicts along the way with the likes of BT etc (who I think are selling their Sports stuff to Discovery+).

Oops. I celebrated Newcastles second goal like our goal vs Liverpool. This is ours. We don’t fuck this stuff up under conte. If we do then let’s talk about it afterwards. But we get this shit done. Sonny will score also. Just about if salad plays or not for me.
Lettuce wait and see...

There is a 3rd TBC game listed for SkySports on the LiveFootball app; doubt it'll be ours though. More than likely to be one of the Burnley/Leeds/Everton games.

At some point there would be an argument for sky not being able to have a monopoly of premier league content, so then hopefully other services will be able to offer it too

If we're suggesting a dedicated Season Ticket style streaming service for just your club, then splitting coverage across multiple broadcasters would be tricky.

Ideally Spurs would just do it themselves, for home matches at the least.

I assume this is not on Sky, which means trying to find a shit stream.

If the prem league offered a club specific season ticket on a streaming service, there would be huge take up. Don’t know why they dont do it
Because it's not allowed under the current contract.
Would we be better off if each club went it alone. Could we live with the man u and Liverpools income?
Would it matter as long as we could see Spurs
In the end it's the clubs that decide broadcast strategy not the fans

They couldn't under the current contract. Time and again the clubs have voted against blanket coverage in the UK
Utd and Liverpool might well vote yes in theory, would palace, Brighton, would we?

I live near the stadium and was planning on heading to one of the pubs near the stadium with someone to watch the match.

Does this mean that none of them will be able to show it?

I wasn’t thinking of splitting between broadcasters, more all games available you composed the provider. But spurs showing all their games would be great with the option to upgrade to watch other teams too maybe.

Had a quick look at one of the Norwich Forums, surprised at how many actually want Arsenal to finish 4th! Some will disagree with me, but for me Sunday is as important as the CL final in regards to what the immediate future holds for our club, I genuinely don’t think I’ll forgive our players & coach if we can’t get this over the line, it will literally ruin my summer!! If ever there was a time to step up & make it happen, it’s Sunday ….. COYS!!!

I'm 100% with you on all this - when Chelsea won the CL and knocked us out of it, that was a kicker. But it wasn't our fault as such.

This would be totally unforgivable. If we don't get this, it'll be my worst ever day of football. EVER.

It feels like an important inflexion point, it really does.

I'm excited, because I believe we'll do it...but also nervous.

Streams again. FFS

Just stop it. Please.

SC has had enough warnings about this shit and everyone on here has had plenty too so I won't lose any sleep getting rid of anyone who doesn't give a fuck about that. We've got much MUCH better things to do than keep repeating ourselves about this and we shouldn't (still) have to keep looking out for it or deal with reports about it. So come on guys FFS.

It's time you started to think about this shit and it's consequences. Swear down.

If Carlsberg did football results:
  • Chelsea lose to Leicester tonight
  • Arsenal lose against Everton Sunday
  • We beat Norwich Sunday 3-1 Son scoring all 3
  • Watford score in the last minute of injury time to beat Chelsea 1-0 and we go 3rd.
