And the stadium will most probably be construction by the HOK Group and may well look like one their designs.

According to reports in the Telegraph and the BBC, Ken Shuttleworth's name has been mentioned as being on board as architect - he's the bloke who sketched out the designs for the Gherkin...

It should have more women's loos according to Westendgirl as apparently WHL is a right chore having to queue and potentially miss part of the second half while you wait.

I like the Allianz arena with its ability to change colour.
Something like the Chinese Birds nest might be suitable for cockrels
Just don't let the project be managed by Wembley PLC.
Actually the people who built the millenium stadium in Cardiff did a great job on time and to budget. Much less than Wem-ber-ley

They are the same people if I'm not wrong.

This makes me feel sad, and I would rather keep our present ground and just increase it to 48,000, than lose our name.

When we sing "we are Tottenham from the Lane" we are proud to sing this as we love the Lane.

I just hope this all goes tits up, and we stay where we are.

I think the new stadium will need something about it, like the arch at wembley....just a soul-less box/bowl is not the tottenham way!

It is, and will always be 'The Lane'.

We're moving closer to the road WHL guys, even more reason to call it that!

I thought I would be bothered, but now it comes to it, I couldn't give a shit. I'll still call it the Lane, my mates will still call it the lane, it can be "officially" called the "Sega Rally Mars Ice Cream Arena" for all I care. Its still gonna ben the fuckin lane to me you and every other yid who gives a hoot! And that opinion is sponsered by my good friend "Jack Daniels"

I'm just wondering if its possible to sell the name of the 4 stands instead? I wonder how much they are worth compared to a stadium name.

Really don't like the idea of calling it after some company etc. Then the name will change when the company goes down or the sponsor changes or whatever.

Let's just call it White Hart Lane or The Lane, no matter what the official name would be. It is The Lane for us, always.

The Denver team in the NFL had a new stadium and the fans all made a stink about changing from their traditional name. As a compromise they made it 'Sponsor field at Mile High'.

We could do something like that with 'sponsor stadium at WHL'

'Mansion Arena'?

But would like to have 'Lane' in it somewhere, but doubt it though..
