Considering how poor delivery has been from RWB I'd give Gil a go there. Has a good touch, can beat player on the outside and his crossing is good

You can tell he’s a player but he needs games and he needs to bulk up. He’s probably wasting away at the club at the moment. If we get another attacker in then letting him go on loan wouldn’t be the worst idea. Doesn’t reflect well on paratici again though currently.

Paratici bought him for the future and a lot of players take a season at least to settle. I agree he needs games and to bulk up a bit but I don’t think it has anything to do with Paratici at this stage. He’s not really had a chance and it’s his first season, Maybe we can judge it in another year or 18 months

He’s just not ready for Conte and his system yet. Like I said, there’s definitely a player there. It’s hard to move to a new country as a young player. Especially if you aren’t playing much. I’d loan him to a good club who are challenging for Europe or a title though somewhere. Sending him to some PL backwater isn’t a good idea.

I agree with you mate but I would actually loan him to someone in the premier league. He needs game time and experience in our league as it’s a different pace and intensity to anywhere else!

If he’s to go out on loan it needs to be the right move that will aid his development and boost his chances for next season. We spent £20m plus Lamela on Gil, so we would need to start seeing a return by next season.

We need to be careful this lad has all the ability in the world he's only 20 needs a Skipp loan where he comes back bulked up and a strong. We don't want to stunt his development he is clearly a very good player

Personally I think this Would be a pointless loan. We have a relatively new coach drilling in a system, we aren’t blessed with lots of creativity and he looks like heis building the trust of the manager.

I think he’s get shat on defensively - I know what you mean but I think it’s a bad idea

I’d keep him around - he’s not far off offering something, he can in an attacking 3 or midfield, and he can learn a lot from Conte

Seemed like a strange transfer from the moment we signed him. I’m not doubting his talent but he needs regular game time to even show it.
Pity he isn’t heading to another PL side but we’ve hardly needed him this season so far. Therefore I’d be happy with him being loaned for 6 months or even an 18 month spell.
