Title contenders my rear end. What a load of turd.

We wont win anything including top 4 playing like that with this approach and mindset

Fulham was the better team on the night as they out passed us and won most of the 50-50s, and when in possession, we found it difficult to take the ball off them.

Still do not buy into the Jose hype

No MOTM deserved

Young Reguilon gets my vote. For being very good first half and ok second.

Ndombele was great for 45 mins.

First half good. Second half was pub team football in the middle.

The CM remains a problem.

We should have had the game dead and buried by half time. A couple of fantastic saves from their keeper.
If anything we were a bit guilty of being too open at 1-0 up

I don't understand the 2nd half tactics for the whole season, and I don't understand why Sissoko needs to play as a RW for more than 70 mins.

This needs to be fixed. But I don't see any improvement.

I’ve criticised him but Winks was actually decent. Let’s focus on who was awful:

Son - just clueless to be offside at the end. Completely unnecessary and he could see along the line.

Aurier - played well until the equaliser then decided to be 30 yards out of position for the rest of the game

Mourinho - Not changing it before we concede (again). Not using all his subs even when we’re playing like absolute crap (again). Team stops playing after an hour (again). I’d give him a rating of zero. Just completely unacceptable to make the same mistakes over and over again

Completely disagree on Lloris, and thought it was much better from winks. Totally agree on Son, but the real prat of the match was the man on the sidelines. It’s mind boggling how he keeps making the same mistakes over and over

Regi MOM by a country mile for me.

No other comment other than we desperately need a ball player alongside Hojbjerg if Tanguy is gonna play at 10. And Sissoko at RWF should never be repeated. How must Bale, Dele, and Lucas feel about that.

Miserable result that.

Don't think I've seen Son play a worse game for us since his first season.

Struggle to find anyone who comes out of that with any credit. Reguilon for 100% effort I suppose, but very uninspiring from everyone else on the pitch and off it.

They realised quickly all they had to do was crowd Ndombele as Sissoko and Winks offered so very little impetus going forwards and after that he was running into walls.

Reguilon was chaotic good. Kane good goal.

The rest were pretty average. Thought Lloris could have done better with the goal but good header.

Jose awful.

Not rating players. Again this is in Mourinho.
1 - we started with only 3 attacking players - NDombele, Kane and Son. I don't fcuking get it.

2 - we started second half ok for the first 5 minutes then we just decided to concede possession to Fulham. Why do we do this? Surely keeping the ball is a better way to take the opposition that away

3 - Winks and NDombele taken off which kills off and kind of transition play we could do through midfield so basically we went long ball against a team sitting deep. Sissoko and Hojberg are not needed when we are trying to win. Keep someone who can pass the ball on. Hojberg is the DM beast I would keep on

This is just silly now. We have to keep playing. We got lucky sitting back but now all of a sudden the law of averages have swung back to the opposition where they attack the luck will break their way.

The positive I would take is we could have been leading by 2 or 3 goals but that's no reason to just then sit back.

Dele, Bale and others must be ordering their taxis to get them out of here ASAP. We had players who could have changed the game but not because the manager has just one tactic.

Piss poor tactics from Mourinho again. Score first and then try to defend a 1-0 lead for an entire half. It was obvious from about 55 minutes onwards what would happen. Yes, their keeper made some great saves and Son missed a great chance second half, but it is simply not good enough. We started with a lopsided midfield that looked awkward from the first minute. We had Moura, Bale, Dele and Lamela on the bench but had to watch Sissoko be the weak link in attack after attack. Why Mourinho did not make a change before we conceded only he will know, but it was really poor game management. Palace, Wolves, Fulham … 6 points dropped in the last month because of a negative approach.

Lloris 6
Aurier 6
Sanchez 7
Dier 6
Reguilon 7 - Would have scored him higher but for a couple of real brain farts defensively second half
Hojbjerg 6
Winks 6
Ndombele 6 - Flashes of brilliance first half, but just tried too many dribbles and flicks and forgot to actually create anything second half.
Sissoko 6 - much better alongside Hojbjerg than as a RWF where he is a liability.
Son 6 - three great chances but no goals. maybe he is human after all?
Kane 7 - good goal looks leggy and tired.

Vinicius 5 - Disappointing as he just gave away fouls when he came on
Lamela 6

Mourinho 3 - Wrong team. Too late to make any changes. Negative anti-football defending a 1-0 lead against a team in the relegation zone. At home. Pathetic. This season is a real missed chance for a title shot. Top 4 is going to be tough.

100% agree with this, taking off a CM and bringing on a striker is such an amateur way to try and win a game.
