Would a new chapter, constitute a move to Everton, when you consider that he has already played there for a season?

It's been confirmed in Belgium by leading newspapers he signed a five year deal at Everton today.

He was always going to sign for Everton unless a CL regular came in for him, and Kenwright could cobble the fee together. Must have found a few million down the back of the sofa.

He's going to Everton- £25million spread over 3 years.

I'm shocked they've actually signed him but they've not really improved from last year yet- apparently they wou;d've got him on loan again if Chelsea didn't want to sell.

I still expect us to finish above them this season.

Really good signing for Everton and with Barkley looking like he will stay on, they will be a force to be reckoned with this season.
