Quite enjoying Strachan's thoughts on ITV4. Instead of the usual Sky Sports, 'Defoe's unlucky not to be playing more regularly - he might look to move', Strachan is actually offering tactical explanations as to why he doesn't play ahead of VdV and Adebayor.

It shows why Strachan has been a decent manager at a couple of places while the likes of Scott Minto, John Salako, Jamie Redknapp, Charlie Nicholas, Le Tissier et al...
