Should England & Scotland be allowed to wear poppies?

I think you'll find someone grassed them up recently, as a result of this furore over the fucking poppies, when FIFA didn't know about it.

Why didn't the FIFA know about it? Surely someone at FIFA would have seen it at the game and taken action after the game. By your rationale, Ireland should be punished anyway so they should have been grassed up.
