As my nick indicates, I`m norwegian. I`ve got ticket for the Southampton home game. My flights departure from City airport back to Norway is sunday May the 8th- evening (18:15). I did not think about the fact that this game might be re-scheduled. An early sunday game might work for me, but will not be optimal at all. A late kick-off on sunday will be a disaster for me (or even worse- monday:inpain:). Didn`t think about this problem when I ordered.:( I`m quite nervous now. We`re probably out of EL tomorrow, but that weekend and round it`s Man C-Arse and Leicester-Everton as other big games too. Do I really need to be nervous? Really hope this game will stay as a saturday game..:((n)

Drink plenty of beer, get a later flight and you will still be financially up on the deal?

The Southampton game should still be Saturday game unless it is the game we clinch the title?

Ha, ha.. That`s what I hope- title party after the game. But later flight..Not possible. No later KLM flights via Schiphol to my City. No, it`s gonna be expensive and a mess. Work monday morning, my mate has to stay sober sunday evening so he`s drivable and bla bla. Fuck! Hopefully we`ll find a way no matter what.

only certainty so far is that it won't be on the Monday (10th) as they've just scheduled West Spam v Man U that day on Sky Sports....

Well, that's the worst scenario gone!

I guess it may depend on whether there is still a title race by then?
Man City and Arsenal fighting for 3rd/4th may be more interesting.

(Obviously it is more likely that Leicester may already have won it, not us. Nothing wrong with optimism, though...)

West Ham vs Man Utd is on Tuesday 10th May - so there is still a chance our game vs Southampton could be on Monday 9th May.

Spurs have 3 matches in a row on telly just before the Soton game not sure if they would show that one as well...

Thank you! I guess it also depends on whether Man City qualifies to semi-final in CL or not, and whether Liverpool/Man Utd goes to semi-final in EL or not? There`s normally three different kick-off times on saturdays and two (or three?) kick-off times on sundays. Which means that we have a 4/5-chance that it will be an OK schedule. But, sunday is not ideal for us, so actually a 3/5-chance. Please, help me/us!:woot:

I would've loved to have gone to this game as I am in London that weekend and will have no way of watching

Ikke noe grunn til å bekymre deg før du vet noe konkret, det er alt for mange alternative scenarier. (y)
(No need to worry at this point, there are too many possible outcomes).

When will the final schedule be announced, actually?
I seem to recall it's quite often only a few weeks or so before the match for the penultimate round of fixtures - they want to try and ensure they get relevent matches. Early April would be my guess.

(y)I guess if we take for granted that we`ll be out of EL tonight and Liverpool will go to the next round in EL (off course uncertain right now), Liverpool-Watford and Man City-Arse will be moved to sunday the 8th andIor also monday, due to the possibility of semifinals..? If these games are scheduled around the time of the 1st legs of CL/EL, I really can`t see any other options. Maybe I`m lucky and Spurs-Sotton will be a saturday game anyway..??

NB! I don`t consider falling out of EL tonight as luck.. Would love to go see Spurs win the whole EL this year!

I think the only way Man C v Arse being put on the Sunday will be if 1 of them still in the running, if it's a 2 horse race by then at a guess they will make it a supa Sunday, and whoever is heading the league at the time will be the 16:00 KO, really hope I'm wrong but we are talking Sky here.

Yes, but there are other factors which matters too. Potential CL/EL-games few days before PL-game, normally means that those teams play sunday.. Or am i wrong?
