Lloris
Dier Lenglet Davies
Doherty Hojbjerg Bentancur Sess
Kuluseski Kane Perisic
Yep would love to see this or Emerson over Doherty and this team but don’t think Kulu will start in which case what do we do lol as can’t play 5-3-2 with Perisic up top. Do we start Gil instead of Kulu is Kulu not ready to start?

He's surely got to go with 352 for this. Aside from the injuries we really need to get a foothold in the middle.

I'm not looking forward to it particularly but I've got this sneaky feeling that we're going to get something!

They conceded so many early goals. If there's any game to go full pelt from the start it's this one
Not sure. They will be up for this as we are short in numbers and could be vulnerable. Going gung ho could be foolish. Let’s be solid and play to our strengths-going behind and then play without fear.

I'd prefer 3-5'-2....

Bissouma in, Lucas out.
Think we’d all prefer that but deep down we all know it’ll be a back 5, 3 CDM all sitting back and asking Moura to run blindly on the counter from Kane flick ons

Lloris
Dier - Lenglet - Davies
Doherty - Bissouma - Skipp - Perisic
Bentancur - PEH
Kane

3-6-1

Pack the midfield for shits and giggles

But seriously, Bentancur and PEH are our biggest goal scoring threats after Kane, so that might not be the worst approach.

Or, Perisic. Even if we play a midfield 3. I’d rather Ivan partner Harry. He’s tenacious and smart. A better passer. More technical when receiving the ball and better at protecting it.

The only thing against that is that he's far more effective as a LWB than Sessignon, who I'm afraid, I don't rate at all.

Going forward I’d agree, but Sess pocketed Salah pretty effectively last time out, and Perisic may struggle for pace trying to do the same.

From watching hardly anything from Spence I’ve already decided he could be our right sided Bale. He’s tall, strong and looks rapid. Why not throw him in on the right side of a front 3 and give him some freedom to just run at the defence.
