This system doesnt work when you have 3 centrehalfs that dont push into midfield to create numbers when you have the ball. Feels like we have 10 men at times

But we can't play with 4 at the back if we want to change in the second half. We will be far to open. Especially if they put Traore on the pitch... Dier, Sanchez can't play alone as CB's... so we have to change in other ways... if we want to get more control attacking wise... IMO.

The problem we’ve had for many seasons now is there are some players who have known they just won’t be taken out of the team - there’s been no competition for them, so if Son or Kane aren’t on it, they just play within themselves and nothing changes.

With Richarlison here that shouldn’t be the case, take Son off at half time and show him that you have to earn a place now.
