Diarra is not coming in my opnion and we are 6 days left from the end of the window scratching our heads

I think he was waiting to see (as were a lot of players) if ARSE got CL football this year - they did so not good news on transfer front - but on a positive note at least they will still have tough mid week games to contend with, which should help us with our push for 4th!

As far as the ITK is concerned Adebayor had his medical yesterday so should be done. There isn't any rush to announce him though as he wouldnt' be able to play at the weekend anyway.

This is 100% correct TSH all finalised yesterday medical was fine.

IMHO Both Ade and Diarra are Spurs.
Just waiting for confirmation on OS.
But lots of people are panicking...rumours will exist, at times it is created by agents or by some people.
Let's just be patient.
I would be surprised and gutted if we didn't sign those two but i reiterate, i believe they are both SpUrS.

Personally I think had we signed either/both they would have been announced officially by now. I don't believe all this "we are waiting to sell before announcing deals that are done" business, for one I would have thought we were legally required to announce it to the stock exchange and I also doubt that between the selling club, players and agents anything could be kept quiet if deals were actually ready to be announced but being sat on.

Actually this is an opportune moment to send out a quick message on this thread as things got a bit silly yesterday.

The rules in this thread are all pretty simple:

1. ITK discussion only please.
2. No Twitter.
3. No media links...these should go in the player threads.
4. No whinging about how the thread is run.
5. No ITK abuse.
6. No sitting in here chatting about this that and the other. We want to try and let the chat flow but if it starts to get silly then ITK will be missed. There are plenty of threads elsewhere for other Spurs chat so please use them.

If you think that anyone is breaking the above rules please use the report post function rather than further spamming up the thread with complaints.

Anyone who is in frequent breach of these rules will have their access removed for an amount of time deemed reasonable, and with the transfer window in its final week people really shouldn't want that.

Ade/Lass are both DONE. There is NO issue with wages.

Also I was at the gym early this morning with my man, and he's trying to offload some players all over the shop, Bentley is main objective. He's a call with Levy later supposedly and Levy has been in either Spain or Italy. He thinks Spain today and back in UK this evening. and Lass might not be the only RM player were after.

As I said last week, expect DB to be shipped out by the end of the week. I'm off to play golf with a couple of ex England players, umbrella please!

I have enough trust in Levy to believe we'll bring in who we need but I still can't believe we've left it this late to do all our business, really is shocking.

Here's hoping we can wrap up Diarra today, I feel like we may need him for the City game as well but that's looking increasingly unlikely.

There is no obligation to announce all transfers to the Stock Exchange, it all depends on the extent of the liability (transfer fee and wages) incurred by the club.

Have you mods noticed that every single day you are posting that "things got a bit silly yesterday". Clearly the intended function of the ITK thread just doesn't work. It's the same window after window. If people can't keep within the thread rules then why not maybe shut it down and leave people to discuss ITK in the various player threads?

Just a thought.

Right people need to engage the old brain regarding the latest ITK.

Arsenal dont need to spend unnecessary money on Diarra when they have Song and Ping-pong :wink: and have to try and replace some creativity with losing their best two players. Its just nowhere near a priority for them and a blind man and his dog can see that.

The Arsenal link is pretty laughable really in all honesty.
