Maybe he is only referring to those people who have ridiculously high expectations on who we will get. Given most people seem to agree that it is squad depth we need, I could still see a good outcome.

There's always a small minority who are unhappy with any outcome. We could sign Messi and some would complain he's too small or too expensive or not right for PL. After seeing the crap JJ gets included in on Twitter I just read that as a plea to keep the moaners away. Rather than him not being happy with targets himself. Sadly for him I doubt the plea will work!

It looks like JJ is pretty confindent on targets we are currently after. It's good enough for me, I'm just gona sit back and enjoy the Deadline Day.

On paper, I consider replacing Walker and Wimmer with Aurier and Sanchez as an upgrade. Getting Barkley on top of that would be a good window, everything more (im not counting Foyth for that) would be a great window.

With Barkley injured, I will be more than happy with 'gamechanger' WF
