Janssen does not look comfortable on the ball at all. His passing and touches all seem very nervey and rushed.
Looks like he's maybe trying too hard, understandable. I'd hope a few weeks of Poch's training regime will have him looking sharper.

Considering how many of the usual first teamers are still missing there is some very impressive movement in this team today.

Yeah, his first touch has been really heavy, on the whole he doesn't seem to be a very graceful player at all. Still he is young and seems keen to improve so let's hope he can.

Winks so much better than mason, because he is positive and looks forward

Mason was like that at the beginning as well. Hopefully Winks will have that thinking a bit longer.

Like that team on the pitch and how they play. Honestly just want to see Miller, Edwards and Walker-Peters to get some minutes. Chadli, Son and Mason are so frustrating at the moment.

Strong Atletico side, even though they're missing their arguably best player in Griezmann, and Koke. Nice going by us so far, we should really be ahead.

Been saying for over a year that we need to get Winks through, a real quality player in there.

Some of the passing from these young players today is exquisite...just reminds me how much I've missed THFC..especially after watching that Turgid Euro 2016 tourny.

Hopefully see Winks get some more minutes this season once Carroll and/or Mason/Bentaleb have moved on
