People freaking out about CCV, dont forget how awful Wimmer was against Arsenal and that was with a preseason behind him. 6 months later he was awesome.

Its not fair to judge someone after one performance

GET JANSSEN OUT!! GET JANSSEN OUT!!!

I mean did you see him today. What an absolute disaster - he'll never make it!!
I mean he's played all of 50 mins in a pre-season friendly, with a whole new team, and a whole new system and he didn't even score 1 singe hattrick. He didn't even dribble past the entire Juve defence and bicycle kick it into the top corner, he didn't nutmeg one player or Neymar the ball over anyone's head - and his runs, oh my days, don't even get me started on his runs, it was like.............well it was like he was running on grass, normal grass!!!
He's an absolute f***ing joke!

GET HIM OUT!
......GET LEVY OUT!!
........... GET POCH OUT!!

To think we could've had Higuain for 75M!!! Arrgggh!!

based on a game against juventus surrounded by youth and underperforming seniors? hardly the perfect conditions for a young player to succeed in. let's see him alongside toby/jan/wimmer with dier and dembele in front of him first as that's what he's going to be stepping into if called upon, not alongside dominic ball and will miller.

A loan wouldn't hurt but I think he'll benefit from playing with Toby, Jan and having the Dier protection in front of him, he'll probably learn more playing and training in our system then being on loan with another club, better from our point of view to keep him so he can learn.

With Onomah and Winks I always felt, and still feel a loan would be detrimental to their development. They pick up bad habits, and reason I think Poch would not loan out certain players. CCV from what I have seen I honestly think he is a good player but not how he is being hyped out to be. The position he occupies he needs to learn it at championship level to see how he comes along.

CCV was not that bad and actually grew into the game. Ball and some of our midfielders were the ones that had stinkers imo.

You could say the same about CCV if he went on loan though, he'll get experience no doubt but he'll pick up bad habits as well. He needs to learn from the likes of Toby et all to play under pressure and retain possession and play out from the back, it's key to the way we play our game and he needs to be integrated into that.

Ball, Mason, Carroll, Son, Chadli all had bad games, we practically didn't have a midfield for half hour.

There are certain areas of the pitch you can learn which would not be do costly, and centre half is not one of them.

Well defenders need to learn one was or another, not all young promising defenders go out on loan.

I thought both centrebacks were better once they swapped sides. CCV obviously the better prospect. It's not easy play Dybala!

I do think he needs a season on loan playing lots of games as it would do him wonders playing men's football.
