Well he has been working with a budget.............
About a £200 million budget!
The Dutch Nick Leeson? LOL
Sounds like he has already started making excuses. Transfer spend 400% more than ours, with wages 350% higher than our highest but with an expectation of getting 4th same as us - yeah sure your role at ManUre is much harder.
Heres a thought. If ManUre do not get into the Champions League this season, is there a danger of them falling on bad times due to the lack of money coming in? Like Leeds but obviously not as drastic.

haha
He's done a fucking great job at rebuilding ManUre, no team balance and paid a fortune for a few prima donnas.
Imagine how well he would have got on with Dan the Man in the TW.
It will obviously hurt them financially but that new 10 year 750 mill sponsorship would soften the blow abit.
"And the situation is not worse than I thought. I knew what I would find on my plate. I could have opted for an easier job. If I had gone to Tottenham, the job would not have been as enormous as here at United.

I don't know what people are getting mad about, I don't see anything there to dispute.
Agree. I also like the way these 'great coaches' only ever take on the jobs where they have hundreds of millions to buy themselves out of trouble. (RM, Barca, Utd, Chelsea, City). Taking on a team of Spurs size, we are a very big club, lack success, have the ingredients their to potentially do well but don't have a bottomless pit of money. Now that would test just how good a coach you are.I love the way these managers who people elevate to god-like status are always so full of excuses
