I must have dreamed the exact same story going the rounds several weeks ago ;)

See your point, but If we sold Kane now I'd see that as being out of the blue. There's been no indication from him or the club that there's any possibility of him going. Usually we have to deal with weeks of 'X wants to leave/will force a move' stories before a deal goes through.

If you cant get behind the energy, effort and youthfulness of this squad and enjoy regardless of complete success, well then supporting a team like Spurs isnt for you in my opinion :

Bentaleb, Winks, Onomah, Alli, Lamela, Wimmer, Carroll, Pritchard, Dier, Eriksen Kane etc < 23

Yup, bloody love having a young team. Even if you play badly you can justify it by assuming they'll learn from it and get better.

Only joking, it's just so nice to feel connected with a bunch of players who care about the team and have that enthusiasm. Mercenaries they definitely are not...or at least don't seem to be

I love the way, we seem to play better the more academy players we have on the pitch.
Yea it's very encouraging to see

Play with freedom, play as a unit, quick passing good movement. Attack in numbers

You can see how these youngsters have an understanding of one another and other the way the club plan to play

I think we're going to see more and more youngsters coming through and I think that shows just how important the Europa League is to us to enable these youth players game time and a platform to showcase themselves and be given chances they might not get without the group stage matches of the EL

Winks is very tidy. Love watching the young guns. Granted it is against a boring team and preseason, but none the less, we have some players on board for the long hall.

I like how we've in effect have 5 central midfielders spread out across the pitch and they're utilising the ball very well.

What's with the spam?

we improved our one touch passes under pressure tremendously. doing that accurately takes away so much defensive pressure and is often the catalyst to a quick counter.
