Something of this magnitude does not happen ‘all the time’You can show respect and still continue as planned, it happens all the time.
not sure we will play that eitherThis works out well for us - we can go to Lisbon rested, so no excuses which helps us in the long run I guess.
That's not what you said. You said they are trying to force people to mourn. It's my opinion.
Cancelling sports events etc but not cancelling everyone else's day at work is silly.
You can show respect and still continue as planned, it happens all the time.
We're not postponing the games because Ethel from number 38 has just died, mate. You could argue that neither is the death of a 96 year old woman who’s lived a great life. Or at least not enough to postpone football. Peoples lives aren’t at risk like it was with covid.
Thousands of people screwed over their travel arrangements during a cost of living crisis. That doesn't seem very fair to me at all.Honestly I've never been more
That's not what you said. You said they are trying to force people to mourn.
You like many others are coming across like selfish, entitled toddlers, over a bloody game. When it's about so much more than that.
That's my opinion!
And you. You don’t get it either. And I’ve seen it explained to you specifically more than once. You could argue that neither is the death of a 96 year old woman who’s lived a great life. Or at least not enough to postpone football. Peoples lives aren’t at risk like it was with covid.
Presuming the league will refund any expenses people have already paid then?
Being a London club….and knowing the extreme levels of security required to stage a State Funeral (with a vast amount of international leaders arriving), I do wonder whether there will be the police availability next weekend for Spurs to stage the Leicester game.
if Ethel does go though I shall postpone my visit to Tesco's tonight as a mark of respect (in fact that ain't a bad shout overall)We're not postponing the games because Ethel from number 38 has just died, mate.
Context.
I guess taking things from people abroad for nothing in return does seem like a fair tribute.Haha if only! I'm expecting to be out of pocket for the Leicester game flights wise (reckon it'll get postponed) but what can ya do.
Maybe try somewhere else then. What a boring country we live in
stop being selfishThousands of people screwed over their travel arrangements during a cost of living crisis. That doesn't seem very fair to me at all.
I get it I’m just not sure even the majority of people who are effected by this would want the games postponed. If they do fair enough. I wonder what a poll would look like on here but accept that wound not be representative of the entire country. And you. You don’t get it either. And I’ve seen it explained to you specifically more than once.
What does National Mourning mean to you? That's not what you said. You said they are trying to force people to mourn.

The EFL has confirmed that their midweek fixtures will be played and they're only postponing this weekend. So if the PL follows suit Leicester next weekend should be on.Haha if only! I'm expecting to be out of pocket for the Leicester game flights wise (reckon it'll get postponed) but what can ya do.
