Quite honestly can see us bottling it:cry: .

Don't think Levy is going to change his stance and neither does the Valencia chairman by the looks of it.
Like others said before, tomorrow seems like judgement day!! Fingers crossed.

Goodnight to you nocturnals!!(y)

Il represent the more positive side of the forum and say:

I think there will be a breakthrough in negotiations with the chairmen of Valencia and Soldado will be a Tottenham player by the weekend.

Cant see this saga dragging any longer.

9. Soldado ... Goodnight SpursCommunity!! See you tomorrow :)

Nah, don't believe a thing coming from Valencia. They've fresh president with about month of experience in his position and executioner looming behind the club and to be honest the way they've played this pretty much underlines it. Soldado won't be a Valencia player come september and no matter what they might leak to press after the transfer, fee will be less than €30 in the end.

The way I see it, Soldado is as important to Valencia as Bale is to us. Because of this:

1) They have every right in the world to be demanding top dollar. We have always done so for our star players (albeit we are in a very healthy financial position). In my opinion, them not having accepted our bid today in their financial situation shows a lot of balls on their part!

2) They will not be letting him go without one hell of a fight.

I think a deal is there to be done, and usually I am highly against fee's that are north of £16m. However, in this instance I do firmly believe that it is time to put up, or shut up. Soldado can be that player to take our side to the next level where we fiight the big boys for leagues and trophies. Nobody every struck lucky without taking a risk, and this is a risk we simply have to be taking. Strikers of this quality don't want to join no CL teams too often, we NEED this done and our team, in my opinion, is finally ready to achieve massive things.

If we were 90m in debt causing us to be controlled by the local government, you can be damn sure we wouldn't have Bale next year.

Somebody please just badly photoshop Rory Allen's head over Soldado's on the banner. Any hatchet job will do. A crayon mess over his face will do.
