Probably. Don’t think anything will make the blondest bit of difference against City anyway.
Which is why I say we just go balls-waving and stick all our weapons on the pitch and give them something to really think about when they surge forward and leave an ocean of space in behind them.

They don't "surge forward leaving oceans of space". They're smarter than that.

Evening chaps and chapess's.

Heading up to Wembley for the first time and wondered if anyone could recommend a decent 'home' pub for the pre match?

Ideally within walking distance of the ground as I'm old and lazy.

Much obliged

Why did I read that in this voice?

Won't make it to this one, but looking at the weather I'm not too disappointed. Like @Dougal I reckon a cold, wet Wednesday evening KO, with everyone rushing from work, will dampen the atmosphere unless we score 2 with no reply in the first 20 mins.

Can't wait to go back to the Lane...

Just saw some stat on twitter that dele dribble success rate is worse than sissoko. Takes some doing that.
Context is everything here.

I'd imagine that Sissoko has received the ball deeper or has come on later in games when there is more space to run onto. Dele will normally receive the ball in and around the box with players closely marking him and much less space. Yes he needs to do better but he's also having to come up against opposition who are very wary of him

Sissoko's dribbling success rate is fine. He bulldozes past everyone when he has the ball at his feet. It's his passing that has needed improvement. And it has, in the past few months.

The match hasn’t started yet. It’s an interesting fact on a player likely to start tonight.
