If City dont finish top-4, Hughes will be looking for a job. He may not even make it to the Spring depending on the results.
One key factor is that Harry is much better then Hughes.
Ask City fans how many Spurs players would start for them. Most of them would respond: 1-2 or even 0. They certainly wouldn't agree that Spurs defenders are better. Most fans tend to overrate their players.

Cake or Death?
What would you prefer?
thier GK probably. our CB's and RB ... and LB (don't rate bridge)... although i'd try to find a place for Micah Richard eventually. Modric and Palacios would get in the side. I expect SWP over Lennon although that gap is narrowing year on year. I wouldn't have Tevez... he was a utd sub and utd CHOSE not to buy him for a reason. Barry in the centre with Palacios. Modric left and SWP on the right. Robhino and Defoe upfront.
ALthough lets face it if we had Citys money and wages we'd have bought some higher grade players. Thier star players are Utd and Madrid Bench warmers
I know three who would, and do.
I think you are very foolish to not consider Woody one of our first choice XI, statistically in terms of headers won, tackles made, he was one of the top 3 centre halves in the league last year. Bassong has made a good start, but Woody is the superior player.
"if i wasnt a footballer I would have been a gangster" is what he said in yesterdays NotW
So, they have barely seen Lescott and Toure playing in a City shirt but already think that they are worse than Spurs CBs. Well, I don't belive it SS57.
They know Charlie well and may rate him higher than Richards, I don't know, but I doubt that they would think the same about their CBs and LBs given that even Capello seems to rate Lescott over Woody, King's ability to stay fit for longer periods is questionable and Ekotto is hardly seen as definitely better than Bridge among non-Spurs fans.

Where do you get your stats from mate?
.
I saw the same stats last week on sky sports Coyboy, they were comparing the stats of Lescott and Terry, for obvious reasons, and in the Headers, tackles and passing, (I think) Woody was in the top 5 for all of them, and was no.1 in heading, which surprised me.
