can't appeal against yellows so can't be done....though this is Leicester fairytail after all, so who knows!

Referee's are supposed to hand out a minimum of a yellow card for foul and abusive language, but they fail to do it time after time.
Should have been a second red for Vardy - and there's nothing to say that isn't possible to do as we've seen players receive cards after already being dismissed.

I think it's within 48 hours of the game. The ref has to do his report and then the Premier League will act on anything in that report....or not.
