E="Mr Pink, post: 4434694, member: 18475"]Well we'll know what we're all about in the next hour. Why our home games against botttom half sides such a nightmare for us.
Because they just don't seem up for the easier games like they do for the big games. No hunger especially after the first goal.
Agree but is he good enough to stand in for Kane? I haven't seen a lot of him so honestly don't know. Can he hold up the ball? Link up play as well as drive forward with the Ball like Kane is constantly doing at the moment?
Look at it from the sellers point of view; its better to keep him to help stay in the league and get 5M in a tribunal than get less than 9M now.
Would he really add to our team though? Who would he replace in the current 11? To pay 9M as a back up to Kane? Would rather get someone who would...
Looks to me after that comment by Koeman that if MS does get his move RK would walk. IMO its unlikey now, they dont need the money and it would cause even more upheaval if he were to go aswell as a PR nightmare.
You just know Davies will pull onto Rose throughout the game and I dont fancy that one bit. Play Gallas at left back and King in the Center. Going forward same team as Blackburn.
I agree that our strongest line up is the Modric/Sandro with Lennon/Bale on the wings but I am really concerned about the area infront of our back four where Rooney operates, can we trust Sandro to stay there on his own? Im not sure TBH, think Id rather have Livermore in there with him and...
VDV is out of the Holland game, withdrew today so unlikely he will be fit for Sunday. King is also very unlikely along with Walker. We have replacements for VDV (Saha) and Kind (Dawson) but Walker is a problem. Dont fancy Jake at RB against Nani or Giggs. Maybe we will play Kaboul at RB and...
Was just thinking of Bilic, frankly if it convices Luka to stay then Im all for it!
At least Kranky will get a few games!
Wonder if players are consulted at all before the manager is picked? In my mind they probably should'nt as it is the club's decision but it would be useful for Danny to know...
Most of us really want Mourinho but for me its not because I think he is the best manager and certainly not for his style of playing, I only prefer him as I think he has th best chance of:
A. Keeping hold of Modric/Bale
B. Attracting the best talent.
Would be interesting to see who the players...
Just saw the Klinsmann thread, still think its the most likely.
Mourinho is on £10.5 million and Pep about £9 million, we paid Harry a reported £4 million and that was after pushing the boat out, cant see us more than doubling it.
Im surprised nobody has mentioned Klinsmann yet.
Big name, young manager, good relationship with Levy, Levy close ties in the US. All make him very likely.
Much rather Morinho but first target this summer will be to keep Modric and Bale happy so basically whatever manager they want is good with me!
This isnt going to be popular but if I was Levy I wouldnt spend any serious money this window either. We all like New signings, its the excitment of seeing a new player in the team bring something different, maybe even just the excitment of the news of the new player is enough for some ppl but...
I was comparing the two teams last night and wondered what people thought:
Friedal Vs Hart: Friedal has proven to be a solid keeper but I think Hart is a special GK
probably best in the PL. Hart get this.
Walker Vs Richards: Both have speed, Richards has more power and...
Even IF Bale is in he cant be fully fit. I always get the impression with Bale he is one of those players who need to be 100%, last season when he had any slight twinge he would lose confidence. Most pace players are like that, they need to know in their head that when they push off for a run...
