agree with most of that pal and as when Harry took over it was also a bit of a mess. BUT what I am saying is if we can address the issues we can do very well. Davies and Vorm being a great start.
I think the problem with this season are the 'unknowns'.
Will Lamela step up?
Will Soldado find his goalscoring touch?
Will Ade keep his head together?
Will Kaboul stay fit?
Will we find a link man in our mass of CMs (or, if not, can we get Schneiderlin in)?
Will Davies be a fairly immediate success?
Can Poch get us playing football and make a team that is stronger than the sum of it's parts?
If the answer to all these questions is yes then I have no doubt we will have a genuine run at top four.
It's a question of how much confidence you have in them. Personally I see enough in Lamela and Soldado to believe they are capable of tearing up this league, Ade shouldn't have any distractions this season, and the rest is up to the manager or his judgement.
My biggest fear is Kaboul's fitness and Dawson having to deputise for most the season again.
As a result I really would like to see another CB come in, but apart from that, I'm happy enough as it stands.
