If he goes I seriously hope the last thing he sees (or feels rather) is Ramos' right boot up his jacksie (in the nicest possible way). A potentially pathetic end to a potentially great Spurs career.
quality player but 'get rid' is my feeling now given his inability to play.
yes there's speculation regarding his future but if the likes of corluka, barry, alonso and all the other football players who's names are seriously linked with other football players can turn out for their team, it is absolutely ridiculous that he cannot be a professional and give his all for what could have been his last game for spurs
the fact is we (spurs) pushed hard for monetary compensation for a player we did not want to sell and therefore should not have been made to sell him after his head was turned by clear tapping up (direct or not) but in the end have agreed (by the sounds of it) to let him go for a fee we feel is appropriate. we didn't force him to stay but weren't going to bend over for berb's just so he can follow his 'dream' and for the 2 years after bringing him out of footballing relative obscurity, we sang his name and cheered him on and paid his wages and put his name on our shirts and treated him like a king at WHL and Tottenham, the very least he can do is give us a goodbye effort, play his heart out for 2 games, applaud the crowd at the end (despite the jeers) and thank us back for the time.
but no. he prefers to sulk alone in a corner with his squirrels whilst waiting to leave. lost a lot of respect i had for him. just don't need that around the club. bring in the new. spirit does wonders for a team and we'll get ours back once he's gone.
As has Petyr, sadly.Thank you for your post. I sincerely hope Petyr reads it as it sums up exactly why he is a flawed character and how he has behaved in an unprofessional manner perfectly, which I struggled to do earlier.
In his attempts to get to his desired destination he has lost all sense of perspective.
It will be fascinating to see how we announce it if Berba does move on.
Our 'goodbye' posts on the OS are never exactly sentimental but will we do our usual 'all the best, now sod off' like Chimbo et al or is it a 'this is an enforced sale by the scummy Northern bastards who have admitted they are lowly parasites of dubious moral character and who have small willies...still they gave us a nice donation to the Foundation so we let this worthless git of a striker go anyway' thing we got with Keano?
Or better still, will we go even further....?
The club is delighted to announce we have finally disposed of that filthy rectal pube of a 'human' Dimitar Berbatov. Frankly the club is better without him and his used sanitary napkin of an agent. We will be expunging his name from club records and replacing all his goals, assists and performances in the Opus with the name 'Lee Barnard.'
As part of the severance package, those ****s from the Theatre of Twats have given us an obscene amount of money that we plan to fold into a giant Origami crane, load up with horse shit and dump onto their precious pitch. Oh and the back seat of that pseudo Sir's motor.
We have also cut off Berbatov's testicles and have them mounted in the ladies toilets here so Donna Cullen can smack them with the Collins English Dictionary every time she takes a dump.
If he goes I seriously hope the last thing he sees (or feels rather) is Ramos' right boot up his jacksie (in the nicest possible way). A potentially pathetic end to a potentially great Spurs career.
Well said. There is quite a lot of hate in here at the moment, when we signed berby we made an agreement that we hoped to be in the champs league within 2 years. We havent, the biggest, most successful club of the prem.league have come in for him. Why the hell would he turn it down?? He was never Mr. Spurs like keane was. I wish him the best of luck, he is a great player, and if he stays i will be over the moon.
