Pepe and Motta are both very average and all 4 of them were on loan at Juve last season so they wont feel like new signings. Juve fans want a big signing and none of these are even close to that.

Bayern Munich bid for Tranmere Rovers' Dale Jennings

Tranmere Rovers manager Les Parry has confirmed the League One club have received a bid from Bayern Munich for 18-year-old forward Dale Jennings.
Jennings scored six goals in 32 games for Rovers last season and has been subject of interest from the German giants for several months.

Joaquin for 4m seems like a steal, based solely on hype from years ago. Buonanotte could be a good buy too if he has recovered ok.
