    I agree with that, I just can't see this happening. Would love to see him sign but as I have said for ages, we had our chance in the summer and didn't get it done. There is nothing to make me believe we can sort out what we couldn't all summer in about 7 hours.

    Thats all very true. I definately think he benefit's from player with a top quality performer be it King or Woodgate. However this year he has looked solid whoever he is playing with. I think he has just stepped up to the plate this year.

    Yes don't know whats happened to him this season, he is looking like the player we all thought he'd be a couple of years ago. He has been very solid all year and is definately one of our if not the best consistent performer of the season so far. I'm really pleased with his improvement...

    Benoit Assou-Ekotto

    Yep good player always thought he looked good, needed to work on his defensive duties a bit more when we brought him (and to an extent he still does). He's very comfortable in possession and has a very good engine, still young enough to improve plenty more aswell.

    He didn't need to win me over, it was just a question of him settling in. The bloke has scored a lot of goals, runs around a lot creating space, got good skills, good passer and genuinely puts quite a bit of effort in. He has played a lot of football and still looks like he's got more games left...

With so many teams on around the same points total I think this year will need less that the usual 40 points mark, I can't possibly see...

    No not really. I think Babel is very quick and is technically good. He definately has some potential but we have enough of that already! Benayuon has his moments of brilliance, but I think most of the time he just flatters to decieve, no consistency. Think we should be looking elsewhere!
