A start to getting rid of the loser mentality is to drop players when they are woefully out of form i.e Son. Its too comfortable for the favoured ones.
I thought it was gifted, so much space, could have went and made a cup of tea before he was closed down. It's frustrating how many goals we concede that are due to stupid mistakes rather than the opposition doing something brilliant. Ronaldo's first goal today seems like one of the first for a long time where we haven't just gifted a goal.
If Dier had closed down the first goal would not have happened.I thought it was gifted, so much space, could have went and made a cup of tea before he was closed down.
So Pool could win the league and we get enough points for conference league, fantastic all round, the icing with the icing. What was the point turning up at City and doing Pool a favour, then putting that performance tonight.
That was not a bad performance. What was the point turning up at City and doing Pool a favour, then putting that performance tonight.
He was, Utd schooled him in the first half. Funnily enough the pundits and press also agree he was poor
That was his worst game for us by some distance, not sure what you were watching.Bentancur was awful? Haha put the bottle down pal
Davies was a mile offside. Son had a pretty decent chance, yeah, but that was it. We’re just consistently not creating chances when teams deny us space to counter and today was just another example. We had much better attacking plays developing.
Never looked liked scoring? Lol. Son should of, Davies off side...
Helmet lol.

Agree. We are so pedestrian against teams who sit deep. We have so little creativityDavies was a mile offside. Son had a pretty decent chance, yeah, but that was it. We’re just consistently not creating chances when teams deny us space to counter and today was just another example.
It's been this way since AVB. I don't think we regularly cut teams apart inside the opposition half since Redknapp and maybe some spells under Poch. We've never replaced the passing and attacking intelligence of Modric and VdV.Davies was a mile offside. Son had a pretty decent chance, yeah, but that was it. There’s a difference to being slightly off the pace and awful though isn’t there.
You best not look in the ratings thread either as the general consensus was that he was very poor
